Literally no hot water for multiple days. The first room they gave me was literally used the sheets were in a ball. There was also broken lampshades in the rooms ... also it had a broken alarm clock. I don't know what they are up to

I check out the moment I checked in. The sheets were not changed and the room was infested with bugs. I wish to attach images, the front desk agent did not even try to ask after change rooms after I showed him the pictures. I need a refund on this booking.
