Comfortable room and beds. Hotel is showing signs of wear in elevators and bathrooms on rooms. Staff were all very nice and the pool was great for the kids.

The property needs an update immediately. The carpet in the rooms is old, dirty, and sticky. There are unknown stains on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom grout looks moldy.

The mattress was horrible and lumpy. When I reached into the cubby under the sink to grab the hair dryer, there was a used maxi-pad stuffed in beside the hair dryer.

My rooms wasn't cleaned as consistent as it should have been. I've had to call to get it cleaned. The facilities were super outdated, the exit system to leave in your car barely worked. Upon check-out, someone had to manually let us out.
