I requested a room with no smoking. I arrived late at the hotel as I had a late flight into Philadelphia. As I got to my room I started noticing how smoky it smelled. I was too tired to call the lobby and went to sleep. Called first thing in the morning and told them and they stated the whole hotel is non smoking. Well that obviously wasn’t the case so they switched my room out right away. The rooms are nice and kept very clean.

The staff were extremely accommodating and ensured our room was up to our standards. TV was having issues and they moved rooms when they couldn’t fix it right away. They went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. Very pleased!

Average positive stay. No issues checking in after the game (about 10 pm) and received a parking pass. The shower was a bit odd, as it wouldn't drain for the entirety of my shower but started draining by the time my friend used it. Everything else was just right.
