Friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast, clean rooms. Close walk to Reading Terminal Market was appreciated. Hotel fee for early check in is steep, and bathroom was missing some expected amenities (e.g. shower gel/body soap). I would recommend avoiding the SEPTA public transit if you plan to stay here. The nearest station requires you to cross some areas of town that aren’t the nicest in daylight, and likely unsafe at night. The transit system itself is very rundown and unclean. Overall good hotel for the area.

Stay was decent , the fist night it was a lot of people in the hotel they cut breakfast before the time and did boy put out any food 15 min early. Overall no complaints valet parking was great but they should give the option of self parking for a cheaper price since parking lot is around the corner. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

They Downgraded our Room - No Price Adjustment

We reserved and PAID for a suite for a family of 4. Then we opened the door to our room and found a very cramped single room. We called down and they said they overbooked the suites, and too bad for us. And when we asked for a price adjustment for the lower-tier room, they said NO, we're being charged for a suite that we were not even given. Unacceptable.

My entire stay was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I did have an issue with my duvet upon arrival but the ladies at the front desk made sure to get it resolved immediately. The breakfast was so good. The area is also convenient to a lot of places like Reading Terminal, Love Park, City Hall etc. 10/10 recommend

The hotel advertised a continental breakfast but there was little to no food every morning. It seems they didn’t plan for the volume of people staying with them. The hotels.com website said a rollaway bed was available but the hotel would not provide because room was too small. Lastly, the valet was not available twice when we needed to get our car and when they did bring it they curbed the tires when they pulled up. Overall not a stellar experience.
