My son and I stayed for 4 days and the hotel staff was amazing. It rained and the kind woman working the desk let us borrow an umbrella for the day. We enjoyed coffee and hot coco every evening from the lobby and kind smiles every time we walked by the front desk! Thank you.

The new girl was great on both the 1st and 2nd day. There was another young lady during checkout that was also really nice. The bartender was really good, nice and helpful with dinner recommendations. Everyone seemed warm and welcoming, except for the guy I think was the manager. I'm sorry I forgot names 🙁

The front desk were welcoming great! But, my room was never cleaned, when I requested my room cleaned ans beds done, housekeeping was sent, but all they did was take the trash and leave a bunch of towels on the sink. No complimentary water was provided.

Staff were friendly and kind. They helped us with whatever we needed. Breakfast, our first day, was very limited despite there being 2 hours left for breakfast. We weren’t able to eat certain items one they were out. However, the second day held more options. I would stay here again.

The property was better than I expected for an older center city hotel. Importantly, my room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The climate control system was much less noisy than other hotels where I have stayed recently. Queen at the front desk was delightful upon check-in and helpful with making sure my reservation was included on my Hilton Honors account. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.
