The hotel, like all Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed in, was fine. Clean, functional. Not in a really safe-feeling part of town but the view of the bridge was fabulous. I think it was Robert at the front desk who was really helpful with a few different logistical issues I had (not hotel problems). The parking lot is free and right there. There is a 24 hour attendant. That saves a lot of money since it can cost $60-70 to park at other hotels. We had a problem with the hot water in the room. We had to let it run for about 30 minutes before it got hot but we were in a long stretch of brutal cold weather and the system couldn't keep up with it. This shouldn't be a problem most of the time (you can see the ice in the river in the attached pics.)

So the check-in service was horrible, with very long lines and only 2 people checking you in. Our room had a view of the water, and it was very nice. Parking after midnight was horrible, we got very luck and it was one space that dont think it was really a space. Breakfast, I didn't have any, but family said it wasnt bad. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Robert was very helpful and attentive. It is a little noisy being close to the bridge but we had no problem sleeping through it. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too!

Room was clean, the staff was excellent, the location is great. Only had two minor issues. First, there was sound from the nearby traffic, but not much they can do about that. Second, the shower didn't get very warm. I have stayed here before and never had an issue with hot water before, so this may have been an isolated issue.

Absolutely LOVED it here! I booked a one night stay to watch “unrivaled” basketball game. Love the extra security that’s implemented, as far as parking/entrance. The location is nice, my room was clean, I could tell everything was fresh from the smell of my room. James was great! Love that breakfast is also included. I’m coming back for sure!
