This was a nice hotel. Just stayed for one night on a short trip on our way to NYC. Room was clean, but unfortunately we had no hot water in the shower, which wasn’t ideal when coming in from a cold day of sightseeing. Had to leave early in the morning, so didn’t partake in breakfast, but everything was setup at 6:00 and seemed like a nice spread.

The rooms are very clean on your arrival but after that good luck on getting assistance from room service. The staff seems to never smile. They are very cold. The only person helpful was Robert. If he's at the front desk go through him for whatever you need. On the weekdays get to breakfast before 8 because by the time 9 am you will only get what's left.

We stayed for the NYE firework show by the river/Penns Landing with kids and it was perfect! Quick 5min walk from the hotel and the parking in the hotel lot was so convenient. That’s hard to find in the city so I love how this hotel had guest parking. We stayed here years back and the upgrade couldn’t be better. It’s so nice, clean, and modern now. I love how they extended everyone’s stay until 12pm (typically 11am) check out for New Year’s Day so everyone can sleep in a little. They also extended breakfast until 11am for those waking up a little later. Breakfast option were good. It’s the typical bf hotel would usually serve, nothing fancy but it was good and we enjoyed it. The staff were there to help all the time from dining staff, to front desk, parking service, and custodial staff. They were all very kind. They worked very hard during the busy holiday season and still were all very pleasant. The only negative I’ll say is the noise from our room. I couldn’t sleep well. We were in room 1004 and you can hear every car passing by all night long. I’m not sure if it’s because we were so close next to the bridge or from the street/city but the sound definitely traveled all night. A lot of cars racing and with loud mufflers and loud trucks passing. This is not a deal breaker though. I’d still stay here again and again. Such a perfect location and great hotel overall!

Very clean, view from both windows was great, very spacious, bathroom was elegant and modern. Didn't give 5 stars because there no microwave in room, mini fridge froze my drinks even after adjusting thermostat, $175 downpayment for patking and security deposit was a total ripoff. $39 for parking?!
