2nd time I’ve stayed here in 2 weeks: first time I stayed the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The hotel did apologize and refund for the inconvenience. When staying this last time, 2 nights ago; I had to go downstairs once as well as call from my cell phone to the front desk once (phone isn room did not work) to complain about partying noises in the room next to me. They claim they spoke to them both times. Again, at 2am this continued on. Nothing was done. Upon checking out, after having breakfast and half of the food was gone and not replaced, I let the front desk know about my stay. I told them I came back like they had asked me to, to give them a second chance but I would not be back again. I was told, “we’re sorry to see you leave”. I contacted hotels.com to let them know what occurred. They contacted the hotel directly and the hotel refused to give any type of refund. I am baffled by this considering I’ve now stayed twice in 2 weeks and tried to give them a second chance. I do not recommend this hotel. If your not going to take care of your customers, listen to their concerns or even act like you care; why are you in the hospitality business.

The room smelled musty, the curtains and shower curtain had mold on them, the carpet was not clean and parts of it was sticky. During the day, the construction work was very loud. Overall, this was an uncomfortable stay.

Everything was cozy and simple. Easy and accessible parking, room was clean and the view was amazing. The area was relaxing and i felt safe sun up and sun down. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Not far from the train station. I have no complaints

check in was great, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and we had a great view of the river and bridge. The only slight complaint I would say is that they had no curtains in the room, only a see through shade which caused too much light in the room in the morning. The breakfast was great. I've stayed here four times. It's near historic sites with public transportation at the door. Restaurants and bars are within a block. My room had views of the yacht basin, lighted bridges, and illuminated buildings across the river. Breakfast is a full American style, and coffee and tea are available 24/7, including in-room machines. The rooms are nice despite ongoing renovations on different floors, there was no noise disturbing me. Lastly, the hotel promptly resolved an issue with my bank releasing my deposit hold.

Polite, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was very nice. Beautiful view of the river and bridge from 9th floor room. When checking in, the desk clerk made a simple mistake and double charged us for the room. He realized his mistake and gave us a room upgrade and waved the parking fee for the length of our stay. (Also refunded the extra charge) Only somewhat negative observations were a lot of noise outside from traffic and people out and about late at night and, the next room over from ours (adjoining room) noise from that room could be heard loud and clear in our room. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Easy to get to events and attractions from this area and it was a calmer part of the city. I would stay again if in the area.

The heater was so loud, in a newly renovated room, that it woke both of us up when it went on several times during the night. Very aggravating! The other drawback was the noise from the highway, which didn’t make for a restful night. Otherwise, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the property looks fresh.
