My first time ever at a Holiday Inn

We came to PA for our daughter’s college basketball game. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and parking lot were well lit. Check-in was a breeze and the person who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out was very easy; in fact all I had to do was give the staff my key card and I was all set. This stay checked all of my must have boxes i.e clean, well lit, comfortable, friendly staff, reasonably priced and safe. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

At night there was limited parking. There is a huge parking lot in the back of the poperty for overflow I was booked for a suite and was assigned to a standard room. Once I noticed, the front desk staff reassigned my room. There were limited food options nearby. The mall had the best options for restaurants.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn during our vacation in the second week of January and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was very nice, offering clean and comfortable rooms with a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the wide variety of continental breakfast options, which gave us a great start to our days. The location is another big plus—it’s conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to a snowstorm, but the time we spent at the hotel was enjoyable. The only downside was that the room doors didn’t seem to be noise-proof. We could hear conversations from the corridor, which was a bit disruptive at times. Other than that, our stay was great, and we would consider returning in better weather conditions!

I got in the room late, and was welcomed by a broken refrigerator and toilet. I didn’t feel like calling the front desk and waiting to change rooms. So I dealt with what I had. As a traveler, we choose specific places to stay so we don’t run into these issues. I was surprised in Fort Washington that this was even a thing.
