The room and hotel condition was excellent. The issue was there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. Unable to travel home due to distance, we were forced to keep our reservation. The room was super clean and comfortable all the way around. My concern is the hospitality of the staff. There was little to no niceness from a single staff member. In fact upon arrival, the young woman who should have been at the front desk, was sitting in a corner on her cell phone and never noticed me standing and waiting. A Failure to Communicate.

Front Desk never alerted me that there’s no hot water in the hotel and my bathroom sink was slow draining. So my stay was not the best. My first time experiencing Holiday Inn IGH through Hotel.Com which gave them a 9.2 rating of wonderful.
