We had an issue with the parking garage and it caused us a big headache. When trying to get answers we got different responses from the Hotel vs the office in the parking garage and caused us an issue trying to get out of the parking garage. Otherwise the hotel was nice.

The staff were very kind and helpful throught out visit and the room was clean and cozy. The only negative is parking is confusing and expensive.

Alicia at front desk was wonderdful. Hotel and rooms are nice. Issues. Pool is not working. Ice maker on out floor wasn't working. Hotel lobby temp was oppressive. Positives. I recieced Hilton points for the lack of pool. All of staff were friendly and kind.

The staff were amazing, helpful and responsive to concerns. The rooms are very accommodating and provide the extras that make being away from home more convenient. Unforturnately, our room was not cleaned as scheduled by the hotel, and we had to call and report that the rooms around us were serviced but not ours. There was an immediate response and apology, but no one knows why our unit was overlooked.

Check in is 4:00pm. Room was not ready until and the clerk told me it would not not be ready until 6:00 pm and she would text me when it was ready Waited in lobby for 2 hours no text or call. Went to desk and asked would it might ready she looked at her paperwork and asked me. You’re checked in and I looked at her and said. No you never texted and she laughs and says oh must have marked your name off by mistake. Then I finally got my key and got my room. There’s a few for late check out. But nothing for making me wait for 2 hours very disappointed

The complimentary breakfast was not complimentary. It was pretty much frozen microwaved sausages and eggs and high fructose corn syrup with food coloring juice. No worries though, there are a lot of options outside of the hotel. I hope you enjoy your stay. The outside might remind you of a jet2 holiday, be safe🙏
