I like the location m, it’s right across from the mall. I believe the our room just had an upgrade. It it appeared incomplete. The wall in our room need to be painted, the marks were part work had hung were clearly visible. It made the room less inviting. The carpet was poorly laid, it was in bunches in certain areas of the room. The heating and cooling unit is noisy. When we entered the room it had a dull odor. However, the bed was comfortable and the staff were polite. The breakfast appeared to be reheated.

Rude bartender

Hotel was clean. Pool/ hot tub was nice and clean as well. However, they had the most rude bartender I have ever encountered in my life. He was very disrespectful and rude to my husband, my son and myself. We went to order drinks and he spoke to us as though we were inconveniencing him. He yelled at my 8 year old son for sitting at the bar- totally inappropriate, he could have asked nicely. I asked if they had room service and he replied very rude and abruptly “ We don’t have the man power to handle room service.” He had no customer service skills and treated us very poorly. We did not deserve to be treated like that. He should not be working in customer service. It ruined our whole trip. Why would the hotel allow this man to keep working there.

Very clean, peaceful atmosphere. Nice breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. The only (minor) complaint is that they put chemicals into the pool and Jacuzzi and we had to wait half an hour till we could go back in during operating pool hours. Ideally that will be done after pool hours. Very grateful for the early check in ;) Would definitely return.

Excessive dog fee

Shocked to find I will be charged for a dog fee of $75 for one night. The same amount for a dog that I would be charged for a 6 night stay. Makes no sense.

I'm in the House

Great location, quiet, has a bar and space to sit and dine for breakfast. Breakfast is good and I think it depends on who's in the kitchen honestly. They offer a variety of breakfast items, their turkey bacon is the reason I return :-). Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and walking distance to mall and restaurants.
