We received excellent service From the valets to the front desk attendants and the concierge. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate as was the gym. We liked the $20 beverage credit and made use of it with a bottle of wine at the bar. The coffee on offer in the library area in the morning was alsovery good. All in all an excellent stay

This hotel was not impressive and we were very disappointed with our stay. The toilet in our room was leaking. We told the front desk right after arriving and they sent an engineer up to fix it. It was unable to be fixed. We were not offered another room since we were only staying one night. We both couldn’t sleep because we heard the toilet leaking all night.
