Although a bit dated, I was surprised to see a kitchen with full size appliances and even a dishwasher. Not too bad for a short stay, but owners should consider updating the interiors and including a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Plus do the maintenance on your lawn (especially the driveway entrance) Presentation is important.

The sheets were dirty on the bed we asked for extra blanket and pillow. They said they had none. They didn’t give us a clean blanket. They said they had none. There was no coffee made downstairs in the morning. It was 8 o’clock. I would never stay there again.

I had a non-smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. They were burn marks from cigarettes on the tub on a nightstand. There was stains on the couch on the floor

Room was not ready when we arrived for check in after 4pm. Receptionist seemed to be training and despite having someone else by her side to help, seemed exasperated with every step of the process. When we finally did get into the room, it smelled of cheap cigarillos despite a no smoking policy. They also gave us late check-out to make up for not having the room ready, and noted it on our record. But failed to communicate with house-keeping who kept knocking at 11am for us to check out.

The outside of the property was nicely kept. The location was great for the concert we were attending. The room itself was dirty!! The TV had some sort of ‘splatter’ on it, the stovetop was absolutely filthy, the blanket on the bed was so stained and cigarette burnt…. Not sure at what point a hotel would throw it away but it wasn't to that point yet. I had to ask for a new blanket. The tub had some sort of black stuff in it that I ended up cleaning myself… it looked like someone ground up charcoal and sprinkled it everywhere. The bottom of my socks were absolutely filthy after walking around the room. The couch had two different cushions and were severely stained with something. Apparently that still wasnt to the point where one would just replace it. The bathroom door did not shut. You couldn't even push it shut…not sure how anyone would even find this ok. The room itself needs an absolute deep clean. It was downright dirty. Thankfully I brought my big can of lysol with me. Oh, they also have breakfast but it was never mentioned to us upon check in. I found that out accidentally. The toaster and the waffle machine were unplugged when we went for breakfast though. I did not make mention of these issues because the girl at the desk doesn't even seem to want to be there in the first place. Maybe I should have said something and got some of my money back! I had mentioned to the girl at the desk that the room stunk of weed. That was not coming from us. I guess thats common…

The only thing I did not like Is that the shower did not work properly when you pulled up on the stopper to start the shower it didn’t work that well at all so the pressure was terrible so shower was awful

Decent Cheap Place to Sleep

Great Cheap Location for Concerts or Games! Quality was Eh. Kitchen was dirty with writing on counters & suspicious stains on counter & carpet. There were also rust stains on tub and a dead mosquito on the wall of the bathroom. The bed was clean & comfortable but there were no blankets in room & the front desk did not have blankets. Also TV channels did not work.

Meh

It was clean, but the walls are paper thin. I heard a door slam during the night and it shook my bed. I thought it was a gunshot. Then, early in the morning, someone turned on the shower and then the faucet and it was extremely loud in our room. I'm guessing the pipes are right behind the bed. I got very little sleep. The waffle maker was filled with burnt waffle and the front desk staff just said they'd have housekeeping check it then. No one came as I expected. So, a sub par stay, but for one night we sucked it up.
