Clean extended stay property close to airport

Property has the vibe of apartments. ie you don't have to pass through a lobby to access the front door. But our stay was quiet, comfortable & the rooms were clean. Rooms didn't have any towels & front desk didn't have enough for the family. Breakfast is extremely basic.

Rom was not ready at 3p, told to come back at 3:30, came back at 3:45 room still not ready, waited until 4:15 before room was ready. Room and entire property smelled like weed, it was unbearable.

Very convenient location, Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, no noises from outside or adjoining rooms would be great for an extended stay with a full kitchen and I was very pleased with the thermostat in the room so we were able to keep a comfortable temperature. Only issue was available parking close to our room, but not a huge problem.

Nice, clean hotel however, surprised you have to pay $10 for parking when you go to the front desk to check in. Not necessarily the money, but just the inconvenience of not knowing.

Don’t do it. Building 7 first floor suite

Check in was fine. Held $100 on my card for two nights worth of incidentals. $20 for parking. Got to my room, immediately noticed a smell of Indian food mixed with weed. Found hair all around different areas of the two bedroom suite. Nobody wanted to sit on the couch, due to the stains. There’s not really anywhere else to sit unless you sit on the beds. There were barely any trash cans (take your own trash bags, plates, utensils, hand soap, toiletries). The beds were uncomfortable, springs could be heard. Everyone around us was noisy…beds moving, water running, toilets flushing, people talking. You could literally hear everything. The area looks like a weekend spot for prostitutes and crack heads. Pros: spacious, close to the sports stadiums, hot shower. Cons: everything else. I should’ve charged THEM for incidentals.

Only issue I had was the room temperature was 66 and nothing was done after I reported this issue twice. I stayed 4 nights. I did get the fan to stop but temperature in the room only went as high as 69. Would have liked it at around 72. It was in the low 30's outside.

I went to the desk each day that I was there (2 nights) and asked for extra towels and was told that someone would bring them to the room each time but never got them. The sink didn't have cold water. Normally, it would be hot water that would be the issue.
