Beware of staying here

Beware of staying there a lot of crazy things happen at night. I have people knocking at my door saying I’m here for a party, people upstairs making crazy noise til 5am unable to sleep. I seen early in the morning people doing unappropriated in the car and there no parking at night if you come in late

Roaches!!!!!!! Did not feel clean or safe to do anything here. Roaches everywhere when we walked in and roaches in the tub I did not even want to shower nor eat in my room. Sheets had burned holes through them. Pillows were horrible and bed was hard.

Hotel should be reported - Disgusting

I only stayed one night and barely occupied the room but to sleep but still this was unacceptable. While i understand hotels will have some wear and tear but this was just disgusting. Food on top of pictures not cleaned up, the utensil holder dirty, unknown substances on the wall that can be cleaned up easily. I dont get how a housekeeper supervisor approved my room to give to me. Never again will i stay there and i hope this place gets shut down so they can really clean this place up.

This facility is certainly not to be recommended. Two couples, wanted two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We got that but that's the only good (?) thing to say about this place. Pay more money and get a room across the street. Where to begin? Room was smelly, musty, very dated and dirty furniture. Couch full of stains, no chairs other than a desk chair. No table for games or eating. The bathroom was terrible. The tub was chipped, tile needs to be replaced. No hangars. Don't go barefoot on the filthy carpet. The people at the front desk acted to like we were putting them out when we went up there for ice And each day we had to get the room keys re-keyed. When we asked "does this happen alot?" "It's an inconvenience" they just shrugged and handed us the new cards without any apology or concern. At night other "guests(?)" hang out in the parking lot by the rooms and talk loudly and smoke pot, which wafted into the window facing the lot. Bottom line... don't stay here.

Avoid

Had to change rooms because of the cigarette smoke permeating the room. Next room wasn't as bad until someone in the next unit started smoking. Smelled so bad, sinuses started to hurt. Miscellaneous stains everywhere. Bug carcases in the bathtub and a used coffee pod leftover in the maker. Bathroom door knob busted.

This is the second I have stayed here. I choose this location because it’s five minutes from the Eagles and Phillies stadium. Easy pick up for Lyft and Uber.

DO NOT STAY

Room was filthy. Lamp shades were all broken, outlets didn’t work. Very strong smell of cigarettes and weed. As we were leaving we check under the bed to see if we left anything and found a used crack pipe.
