Well when we checked in the we went to shower the tub was stopped up… i called and asked to switch rooms and they did but the second room the ac didn’t work and the tv didn’t work i was told they would come fix it the next day!!!! My wallet was stolen out of my room it’s no need to call cuz there was words exchanged because she was being rude for no reason!!!!

It was obviously an older building. The room was clean. Bed was okay. Water was great. They included a single nail file which was actually really useful. The shared spaces could be cleaned better. They need a housekeeper just for the hallways and outside garbage. Should DEFINITELY invest in 2 more waffle irons. It would help a lot.

I was told i would receive a refund for one night, do to the fact the T.v. never worked, blood on the pillow and top sheet on the bed. Was hearing ppl argue through the walls, disturbing my rest my whole stay. How do i go about getting a refund? I was told from clerk at the front, she would honor one night.
