House keeping only cleaned our room once,I was very disappointed when I went to the front desk to request my room to be cleaned mind you this was around 7am. My family and I were out the whole day arriving back to the room sound 8pm finding out our room was never cleaned. The worst thing that I experienced during my stay was my grand daughter has a stuff bear that she has owned for more than 18 years as she takes this bear everywhere. When house keeping finally cleaned our room we entered in to find the bear missing in the room as my daughter told me she had left it on the chair in the room. We checked the entire room to end up finding nothing. I called house keeping to ask if they mistakenly took it by accident with the sheets. They told us they would check in the morning note this happened the second night for our stay. The morning after I went to the front desk to ask if they have seen it, to me the staff sounded like they did not care as every time I enter the hotel I would check up with them and they would say they haven't found anything. I kept asking to speak to a manger with every time the staff would say they are out. on the last night of our stay the staff told me the manger would be there at 7am in the morning so I woke up and waited there in the lobby until 9am to find out the manger is not coming in today. The staff told me to leave my number and they would called to this day they have not called me. I will never stay here agin I really feel like someone stole it
