Room was right off the lobby, so it did get noisy at times, particularly in the early morning. This is my favorite hotel in the city I just don't always stay there if it's not convenient but the price is extremely reasonable and the rooms are always clean. It's steps away from Chinatown restaurants, SEPTA, the arch and close by attractions like reading terminal and the convention center.

Hallways were little stinky and need vacummed.Bathtub looked like bleach was dumped in it but not scrubbed nothing a little magic eraser wouldnt take care of.. This hotel is worn and in need to renovation. The carpeting and furniture in the rooms is worn, doors and walls in need of painting, and the common areas outdated. We found both rooms to be noisy. The first night we listened to doors slamming from the restaurant next door until requesting to be moved to another room. Then we listened to the elevator thumping and creaking all night. Not a place for a good night’s sleep!

We had a great time, some pretentious d-bag was complaining in front of us during check out and honestly that’s my biggest complaint, the room and location was great and the staff were SO nice, and the complimentary breakfast waffles were 10/10, the only thing I’d change was our lampshade had a few weird stains on it, but we’re not sleeping on the lampshade and it’s great price!! 10/10 we’d stay again
