Mediocre hotel, kept decently clean inside. You get what you pay for. Outside the property entrance is smelly and dirty, to no fault of the hotel.

NO sleep for us! The bar beneath the hotel is NOISY. The drinking flows into the street. My 3rd floor window was broken - couldn’t open, couldn’t close, just kind of loose enough to let the street noise waft in around the edges. The partiers lasted until 4 AM. But traffic noise also bad. Generally unclean hotel, though our bathroom was pretty clean and sheets also appeared clean. A broken lamp could be easily repaired. But nobody cared enough to tighten some screws and stabilize it. Wi-Fi shut off for an hour around midnight, which also turned off the telephone system. TV is streaming Hi-Def channels but looked grainy and blurred out. Lobby and elevator floors sticky and filthy. Stairwells disgusting! Management has really let things go at this Sleep Inn.

Not the best but definitely not the worst

Parking is not free and the carpets def could use updated/cleaning. The complimentary breakfast is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, A/C worked well, beds were quite comfortable. Carpet on the stairwell needed to be thoroughly cleaned especially the section leading to the ground floor. It was stained and had a funky odor.

It was very inadequate. Many things were missing from the room and staff did not replace. I cannot get a do not disturb sign, I couldn’t turn the tv on, was confused about WiFi, and there was hardly any staff there

The staff here is AMAZING. Really wonderful, friendly and helpful. Had lots of good restaurant recommendations. The location is a bit chaotic, given that it’s in the heart of Chinatown, but I think it was great. We were in walking distance of SO MANY good places to eat. The room was good- about what you would expect for the price. Some lamps and outlets did not work, and the TV was very old with only cable TV as an option.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived so we waited there for about 20 minutes. There was a sign that said someone would be back shortly, but that didn't happen. When someone came to the desk she was pleasant but the lobby and rooms were messy

A little gem in the heart of Chinatown! The manager is awesome and very friendly! We had a relaxing time staying for a night on July 4th weekend. Nice hot breakfast food! The rooms are spacious and very clean! Will definitely stay again! It is in the center of Chinatown so walking distance to every great food places!
