Meh. Disappointed

Third time staying at this lovely hotel. Ac in room was not as strong as hallway. Being from Texas we need ac. Sheet had a hole In it. Got a drink in their lovely bar before dinner; bartender and a few others had on not freshly pressed clothes. Looked so “ratty”. White vest not steamed/pressed, as well as white shirt including it looked greyish. . Not the style we are use to from this property. Valets were wonderful. Front desk was witty and kind; professional appearance. The room was a HUGE disappointment. Spacious and lovely decor, tho! Knicks in walls, along wood trim and along baseboard walking in as well as bathroom. Badly “beat up”. You’d think some upkeep would be done. One larger picture above the toilet had about a 6” gash or slice in it. Another picture was ripped as well but not as bad. For the quality of hotel Sofitel presents , this was unacceptable. Since we stayed a short one night, we were not able to discuss these things with manager. Location is FANTASTIC but so are a few other hotels. Sad because we had previously enjoyed this hotel so much.

We had a Wonderful Time.

This was a Family Vacation w/older Children in their 20's. We had a Wonderful Time. Only complaint is that "Restaurant's Food Service" is a bit slow. Room Service is Great!

Everything was great except the valet. Waited more than 45 mins to get our car to leave the hotel. Really expensive for valet parking so was very disappointing to have to wait over 45 mins to get the car
