The only real difficulty was gettin a printout of my bill at the end of the stay. Twice I asked for it, and twice I was told I owed nothing. While the balance may have been put on the card, I needed an expense account. I was told Inhad to go to Expedia for that. I spent and hour on the phone with Expedia and they had no ide what the charges on my credit card were for, and certainly had no invoices or copes if anything ! I do not know what the charges on my cc are for and needed to show something to my manager. Otherwise everything excellent

Nice hotel, but atrocious valet parking

Room was lovely and clean (except clogged shower drain, but staff responded quickly). Location great. Picking up the car from the valet was AWFUL. It took over an hour and a complaint to management to get our car. Many others had been waiting nearly an hour. Lead valet just told people to "hang tight" or "you have to wait." Valets brought wrong cars. There was a 20 minute gap for one family who requested two cars at the same time. They were seriously understaffed for what they acknowledged they knew would be a busy day. Parking garage is 1-2 blocks up the street at another hotel. Valets should have been running, but only ambled slowly each time to retrieve the next car. Hotel manager initially shrugged it off as if not their problem and said "it is a third party service", but eventually refunded our $69 fee when we passed the 45 minute wait mark (but we still waited another 20-25 minutes for the car). Very disappointing for a high end chain with a reputation for impeccable service. They need to do better.

Lobby looks great, rooms are a bit older. Reception service was good, but valet parking moved things around in our car and gas was out - which made us suspect they used our car not just for parking (things that were on the passenger seat moved to the back?!)

I was expecting more for the 9 out of 10 rating. Arrived after a long drive. Mini fridge locked. I call and they said they’d send someone to unlock. Never came in 1/2 hr. We left. Room and bathroom outdated. Bed and TV nice. Breakfast had powder eggs. Come on!!! Just lame. Also had to wait to be seated for 10 mins, with 2 people in front of us. I would not recommend this hotel for the price.

Arriving and departing via car is a chaotic mess. The hotel doesn’t have enough space to process the volume of cars entering and exiting around check in and check out times and the valet team doesn’t appear to be in any kind of hurry to move things along. After a stressful 30 minute wait to pull into the hotel, we tried checking in at 4:45p and our room wasn’t ready. The room itself was tired and dated. And the “city view” I paid up for was dark and disappointing.

Great location to meet our needs near shopping, restaurants etc. Nice walking city. No fridge in the suite. Hallway carpet needs to be updated. Furniture in suite shabby and worn out. Pull out mattress horrible- not comfortable at all. Carpets in room a bit gross-couldn't walk barefoot without it feeling dirty. Nice lobby and hotel bar. Staff attentive. Easy check in and out. Parking on premise is way too expensive $75/day. Many lots nearby within walking distance with better rates if you make a resy
