Beautiful place in the city

View was amazing, staff was super friendly and always greeted us even if we stepped out for just 30 seconds to grab some food, and were informative about every little detail involving our stay and their accommodations.

Bad night of sleep

Wonderful hotel. I stay here whenever a in Philly. However during my recent stay an alarm went off for ten minutes repeating “do not use stairs or elevators to leave”. When it finally stopped there was no explanation of the event or notification that everything was OK. And no apology at checkout for the disruption of my sleep! (Which was apparently a malfunction of the fire alarm). I expected more from this hotel. Not sure I will stay here again.

Poor Valet at Sofitel

My stay was excellent but the valet parking service was awful. I waited 35 minutes for my car, resulting in me having to walk to the parking lot and retrieving my own vehicle. The point of valet is paying for the luxury of them bringing your car to you in a timely fashion, which did not happen
