The location of this hotel is fantastic. The only issue we had was that the shower head in our room was cracked and sprayed water over the top of the shower door and onto the floor and the shower door would not stay closed, which allowed more water to escape. My husband placed a wash cloth over the shower head and put a hand towel behind the roller on the door to stop it from sliding back. My only complaint about the stay was that I messaged through the app to ask for additional towels since we’d had to use all of the ones already in the bathroom to clean up the floor and even offered to come down to the desk to learned that the in-unit washer/dryer took HOURS to dry the ones we had in the room after washing them. Each time we asked for to, we were told that towels would be brought up to our room but no one on staff followed through, which is puzzling because we had no issues carrying them up ourselves.

Quite noisy in the area late evenings and new bedding would improve the stay, but overall a nice apartment walkable to local restaurants and activities. Check in and accommodations were very nice.

possible bugs

The front desk personnel during the day were friendly and fairly informed. Evening folks couldn't help with any issues. Also, during my last couple of days I found bite marks all over my right arm. There was no one at the desk when I was headed to work to report to. I used the Text Chat option on the Bonvoy App, sent them a pic of my bit marks. They said they would contact the property. When I checked out 2 days later, the desk agent said there was no record of my complaint. I showed her the bite marks. She said they would have personnel investigate. I have heard nothing since.

This stay was ok. I did have to ask for an upgrade due to Nats in my first room. I only think that was due to me being so close to the trash chute. However I did make a complain and they were able to switch my room and I was much more comfortable for the remainder of my stay. The area is kind of gritty. Lots of homeless but overall 6 out of 10 stars for my stay.

I was very please with this hotel. The staff were very nice and ready to assist if needed. It was very safe,no one coyld enter the building if they did not have their code. The apartment was updated with new stainless steel appliances , tile, granite etc.. I will definitely stay there again!
