Amber and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. My room was well appointed, clean, modern, and just the perfect size. My dinner (Flatbread Margherita) was really good. My only complaint is the bath-tub (when taking a shower) backed up; same with water in the sink.

It was good besides, stating there is a bar and restaurant and there is not either of those there. Alcohol is not allowed on the premises so what it says online isn’t up to date. No bar at all.

At check-in was told that there was continental breakfast but there wasn't. When booking it said there was a restaurant and bar, again not there. Front desk staff should take lessons from shuttle driver on how to be engaging and personable.
