Very quiet building! Only thing I had a problem with was when I tried to pull the blinds down it came off it’s not on correctly.

Home icon address did not match actual address. Key access via lockbox was a challenge in snow and icy weather. Cleaning crew sure not finish their job prior to our check in, leaving dirty (and smelly) soiled dishes in dishwasher (and there was no dishwasher soap for us to do it when we arrived). One of the bed frames was broken (split wood separated from the frame and headboard). They did fix it on day two, but first night was uncomfortable. Shower needs shelf for toiletries, and the mini coffee maker was too small for more than one person.

Great location with convenient parking right across the street. Host was very responsive and the place was clean and spacious. We will definitely plan to rent this place again when we want to do weekends away in Philly
