Main floor features an open floor plan with living and dining areas, large kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, two bedrooms, one with its own full size tiled bath, along with another full size bath in the hallway. Upper floor has 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths as well as a sitting area. On the upper level are stairs leading up to the beautiful rooftop deck with a spectacular 360 degree view of the city.

This house is a large, spacious gem with plenty of room for everyone. The house has 4 levels with plenty of sleeping and social space. There are four separate sleeping areas so people can have their privacy while enjoying two sitting area for social space. All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking.. No parties are permitted in the house. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house. External Security cameras monitor and record all entrance to the property, including the rooftop.. Smoking is NOT permitted, that also include Hookahs
