The resort stated they were a cashless resort; however, the servers encouraged and were disappointed if tips were not CASH! In addition, the presentation of a bill with prices to all inclusive guests requiring signatures was inconvenient. We felt the resort was not at full capacity yet we seemed to wait for food and drinks everywhere suggesting the resort was not fully staffed either.

Divi Little Bay Resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great pools and beaches. However, the all-inclusive package is not worth the money. Food options are limited, repetitive, mostly fast food, and often poor in quality. The buffet isn’t open for lunch, breakfast lacks local Caribbean dishes, and themed dinners—even Thanksgiving and Asian night—were disappointing. Service is a major issue: many staff members were rude, unfriendly, and appeared overworked. Wait times for food were extremely long, sometimes over two hours. Night entertainment was minimal and ended early, and the rooftop bar wasn’t included in the package, charging an overpriced $40 per person after 10 pm. Late check out not an option and no service after you check out at 10 am. Overall, the service and food experience were among the worst you’ve had, and you recommend staying at the resort but eating off-site instead. Management needs significant improvements in staffing, service, and menu quality.

A short drive from Philipsburg. The beach at little bay is clear and so so beautiful. The rooms at Oceans are new. Poor water pressure in the shower. Difficult to get cold water in the shower and in the kitchen sink. The water often was scalding hot. Too hot to shower.

Fabulous room with absolutely stunning views. Large, clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the pillows were hard foam and should be softer. AC was very good. Staff was extremely polite and the pool was dry nice but loungers/chairs were reserved with towels by early morning.

This is a great resort. The check in was quick and easy. Edriek the cart driver helped us to the room and was very informative. Room was clean. Staff is very nice. Try to get room on the higher floors for best views. Met several staff members who were so helpful. Martin gave us lots of info about the island and the property. They have a roof top bar with great views. There is a young man at the pizza stand with a pizza named after him who was also memorable. Thanks for a great stay.

It’s a lovely property although the older part is currently undergoing renovations. At times, Staff provided outdated or misinformation which was frustrating. Towel service was not convenient at all / they would run out of clean towels or not be available to hand them out. Towel exchange/drop off was also nowhere near the pool which was very inconvenient. There were not enough showers/washrooms at the pools. But overall, we had a good stay. The food in the restaurants was great!

Room was dirty. Get to the room which was a long way from the lobby and couldn't get in because our wrist bands didn't work. Had to walk all the way back to the lobby. The shower door was broke, water came out into the floor. Went to Gizmos for dinner, sat down and no one ever came over to take our order. Tried relaxing on the balcony while a hotel worker was using a jackhammer for 3 hours. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

The property was 10/10 the only thing I did not like is that you can’t order food after 11pm and you can’t get food delivered to the property. They also don’t have a snack bar or vending machine, so definitely get all the snacks and food you need for the night.

The view was incredible. The pools were nice and visually stunning from the room especially at night. The staff in general were nice and helpful. Some of the food staff seemed like they were new and did not know how things worked. A run around experience at times. Go here to accomplish that, no go back as they are supposed to do that. Mildly frustrating. The breakfast at the Seabreeze was atrocious. There was deli meat that was put out which appeared to have gone bad. Not sure how you mess up bacon but they did. Eggs were gross. Didn’t eat breakfast again at the resort. Other food was good, at gizmos and the shack. The grounds were kept reasonably clean. Room was nice but needed some maintenance on doors. Some wouldn’t close at all. Tv remotes did not control the tv and had to reconfigure them to get them to work. Not as clean as Simpson bay report or maho sonesta. Overall a nice place to stay but needs a few adjustments. Likely won’t be back given experiences at sonesta are all around better.

What a special treat! We decided to stay here on a whim and it was MORE than we expected! We would rate it an 11/10 if possible! The staff were courteous and warm, the food was delicious and the overall experience was amazing! We will definitely be back!
