The outside common area and the pool were alwats dirty/messy. After three days i asked for housekeeping to come and thet told me thsts not how it works at their hotel. You have to request at checkin the days you want service or call 24 hours in advance. Ee thought breakfast was included but it was ab extra $10 per person for the typical free breakfast at every other hotel (that offers it). The room was updated and nice but fefi tiely not worth $1000 for 4 nights considering the other factors. Not a good value overall
