Has a few minor issues but the manager took care of us and made sure our stay was great . We take two trips a year to Arizona Grand resort and we will continue too. Memorial weekend there was fireworks and a dj .. great time .. as we do each year

The staff here was amazing never rude or disrespectful. The gentleman Karen out at the water park who makes the drinks was an amazing person all around. He went above and beyond for us, never have we received service like he delivered anywhere we have ever stayed. Our kids truly enjoyed talking with him and he even took a photo with them after helping them. Our only complaints were with the room. Our phone did not work, our a/c did not work and the sprinkler in our room was leaking and rusty as hell. We told a lady who worked there that our room was hot and no one ever showed up like she said they would. So we were sweating our ass off at night. The front desk offered to comp the 2 kids park bracelets we bought and do away with the resort fee which was 270, making it all in all 370 off. But to be left with no ac when it’s in the 90’s all day and 70 at night is crazy the ac isn’t checked before the next move in. The leaking sprinkler though my wife twisted her knee the first morning after waking up bc of the water puddle on the floor. This was unacceptable by far bc it has been leaking for quite some time due to the amount of rust on it and the water spot that is permanently on the floor. She could’ve been truly injured bc that the knee she has had surgery on. I’m lease fix those 2 issues and this would be the most amazing place we have even stayed, very luxurious, amazing food, amazing staff.

We stayed for two nights during the busy memorial day weekend. Our two nights came with access to the water park each day. Our family of 4 was comfortable in a two queen bed room with the living room and mini fridge. We relaxed by the pool, as well as enjoyed walking to food places nearby and eating from the oasis grill. The hotel had a pizza truck and shaved ice food truck park at the water slides, to offer different food options which was great. We are local and enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to our home when we had to go home and grab something.

The amenities were really good. If you love to golf, the course is beautiful. Cute little water park right on the premise and they will shuttle you everywhere. However, the bed was horrible. For someone with back and hip problems, I did not get a good not sleep on any of the nights I was there. It was extremely uncomfortable. Dinner was amazing, however if they offer a breakfast buffet, opt to off the premise to an IHOP. The eggs can technically be called eggs, the sausage links were slimy and the pancakes were stale. I know this resort offers alot more than i took advatage of, so overall my experience was a very positive one.
