Tämä kaunis huoneisto on hiljattain päivitetty, ja sillä on turmeltumaton sijainti ja näkymät. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on upouusi "ADA" -kaappeja. Laitteessa on taulu-HDTV, premium-kaapeli ja WI-Fi. Keittiössä on graniittitasot, nykyaikaisemmat ruostumattomat laitteet, täysikokoinen pesukone, kuivausrumpu ja Keurig-kahvi sekä Mr. Kahvinkeittimet. Uudemmat puulaminaattilattiat. Ruokapöytä on korkea yläosa, johon mahtuu neljä ja aamiaisbaariin mahtuu 2, josta on upeat näkymät pihan käytäville ja huolellisesti ylläpidettyyn uima-altaaseen. Suuri katettu terassi on varjoisa eteläinen valotus, josta on näkymät puiden päälle vehreään maisemaan. Olemme loppuyksikkö, hyvin yksityinen eikä ketään yläpuolellasi. Erittäin hiljainen!

Kävelymatkan päässä erinomaisista naapuruston ravintoloista, markkinoista, kahviloista, salonkeista ja puistoista. McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve on muutaman askeleen päässä retkeilyyn ja pyöräilyyn. Myös McDowell Mountain Ranch Park -vesikeskus ja golfkenttä, lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Spring Training Baseball -stadionilta, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson -autonäyttely, Arabian Horse Show, TPC Golf, kasinot ja kymmeniä lähellä olevia mukavuuksia ja nähtävyyksiä, joita Scottsdale tarjoaa, mukaan lukien Soitinmuseo. Beautiful experience

Clean Clean Clean! We loved this unit because it was close to the parking space, and close to the pool (steps) We walked to AJ's grocery store and Starbuck's is a few doors down. The unit in an interior unit so it's very quiet- we stayed at another unit last year in the complex, that faced the busy street and it was very noisy! Would recommend and stay here again.

Arizona vacation

Beautiful property located not far from the highway, making driving around the area very convenient. Located steps from the pool and hot tub and near the local attractions. Very lovely and well decorated interior; has everything you would need for a week in Arizona. We'll be back...

A Scottsdale Gem

This was such a lovely place to stay! The unit itself was fantastic. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the living space was comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the evening hours. It was steps away from the pool and outdoor grill area which we took full advantage of. Another highlight was being close to Starbucks, grocery stores, Walgreens and CVS with very little drive time (a 2 minute drive). We look forward to enjoying this unit on another trip. The communication with the owner was fantastic as well. Truly top notch!

A real "vacation resort" experience

I have stayed at this unit twice before- and love it. The location of the unit is very close to parking; you can walk to AJ's in 3 minutes, which also has Flo's restaurant and Starbucks in the same mall! The unit has a great Scottsdale "vibe" with the artwork and decor; it's always very clean and well stocked in the kitchen- the balcony overlooks "tree top" palm trees with the large outdoor pool and fitness center in view. This is an end unit, so quiet and has excellent natural light.

Sunshine stay

I’ve stayed at this complex 3 or 4 times in the past. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shopping and access to freeways. The community pool and activity area are a 1 minute walk from the condo and parking is handy. The condo itself is clean and well stocked.The master bathroom is by far the nicest of any other condos that I’ve stayed in the complex. The owner Fay was available if I had a question and the check in/ check out was easy. I will undoubtedly stay here during my future trips to Scottsdale. Thanks

Worked perfectly

This condo worked perfectly for us. It is well-furnished, thoughtfully arranged, and is well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. It’s quiet and the pool is a very short walk. We cooked all our meals in the condo, and found the kitchen well-stocked.

Beautiful Condo!

We were so happy staying at this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again! Communicating with Fay to book it was easy. It was so well decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. We really appreciated the extra paper towels, toilet paper and even hand soap in the bathrooms. We've stayed at VRBOs in this area several times and the location is great. Unit was as advertised and very clean! We'll be back! Tip: If you stay here, give the McDowell Mountain Ranch Park & Aquatic Center a try. It's a stone's throw away and very reasonably priced at $9.00 per non-resident.

Exceptional vacation property

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful condominium—very close to the pools and parking space. The property is everything it’s advertised to be. The condo interior has great appliances, super comfortable beds and is beautifully decorated. Nice master shower. The pool area is usually quiet and excellent for sunbathing. Pool is 3 to 4.5 feet deep with a hot tub area as well. The property is well maintained and located close to a upscale grocery store, Walgreens and numerous places to eat delicious food. Old Scottsdale and the canal is only a 20 minute drive. The condo owners are very helpful, informative and quick to reply to any questions you may have. If you’re looking for an excellent vacation condominium rental—we highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for 2 couples with separate bedroom and bath combos. Big living space for Tv and dining. Very close to mini mall area for food and groceries. Pool area nice but could use an update. Pool Towels provided which was nice! Will stay here again!
