We have stayed at this property many times. It is convenient to the freeway and events. I always request a room on the side away from the freeway as it can be noisy. They gave me a room as requested but next time I will know to ask for one further away from the street as we were in the room closest to the street and the noise kept waking me up. My fault for not being more specific. Otherwise an excellent stay again

Loud room, no flexibility on changes

The stay was okay. I got locked out of my room at one point. The room was loud, you can hear the highway all night. The folks next to me had a baby and the walls were thin so I could hear him cry a lot. But my biggest annoyance was actually that they weren't flexible at all with changes. I booked the room for 3 nights and I wanted to shift my stay up by 2 days due to a personal emergency and they wouldn't refund me any of the money which is just ridiculous when I had given plenty of notice. I was still going to be staying for the same amount of nights and pay the difference in cost per night if there was any, but they wouldn't budge. So I paid for 2 nights I didn't use. I would have been a loyal customer if they had let me shift dates as I'll be traveling there a lot for work, but now I'll be staying at Aloft since it's close to the same cost and they have more flexibility on changes.
