Whole hotel smelled like sewage/gas, breakfast was absolutely atrocious (potatoes were raw, no pancake mix, staff was not helpful. Jacuzzi was broken. Bathroom tub/shower backed up with ankle deep water for hours. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is located next to an interstate that was loud at all times. The room and breakfast were average. If you were attending an ASU game, I could see staying at this hotel to be near campus. I wish we would have looked at somewhere near Scottsdale. It would’ve been a lot better trip.

Staff was nice and the location is convenient. Those are the only two good things. The room smelled terrible and so did the hallways. The bathroom had two almost empty toilet rolls. The breakfast was gross. The pancakes would’ve probably been fine but the bag wasn’t refilled in the entire time I was there. The orange juice wasn’t orange juice.

It would be great if there was better pancakes made, an automated machine made them but they weren't that great. The room was very humid, we couldn't open the window to let some fresh air come in. The shower had a water leak on the base where you go in and out of it, had to use towels just to keep the floor dry.
