Unable to reach the Host

The house itself is beautiful and centrally located to everything we needed. It was very clean and check in was easy. However, communication with the host ended with their check in message. We attempted to message them several times Saturday about various issues; the keurig not working and the WiFi not working, and never received a response. The hot water in the master bathroom also didn’t work, but we did not try to message about this issue since we did not get a response about the other issues. They did not provide any check out instructions. We are grateful that we were able to make the unit work for us, but at this price point, we expect a host that is ready and willing to communicate with their guests. We will not be booking with this host again in the future.

Quick and Easy Stay

We needed a place for our family to stay overnight because we traveled to Surprise to see our teenage niece compete. We would have needed 3 hotel rooms to accommodate everyone. We were able to stay here for less than what 1 hotel in the area would have cost with much nicer and roomier accommodations. The house is very nicely appointed. We would stay again.

Very clean, great location. Would be helpful to share a description of how the lighting switches all work! Missing light bulb in master bedroom bedside lamp. No dishwasher! Ice maker not working.

Stayed 5 nights at this charming three bedroom house. Nice quiet neighborhood with good location near restaurants and stores. Went for Spring training and this was located about 5 minutes away from the stadium.

Nice house but it lacks some necessitys

There were no hand towels or wash cloths for the bathrooms. The water heater must not be functioning correctly because the first people to shower in each bathroom had lukewarm to cool showers.
