Luxury gated golf community, 2 bed/2 bath sleeps 4 house. 1283 square feet with fenced in yard great for dogs.

Brand new custom showers in both bathrooms.

9 foot ceiling, open concept house. The fenced in yard is great for outside dining or just to sit and enjoy the phoenix night sky.

The house has 2 bds/2 baths floor plan, with King size bed in master and Queen size in 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, master bath has walk-in shower. Both rooms are equipped with a 50 inch smart TV, that streams, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV.

House is equipped with Alexa. Located in kitchen.

The 2nd bedroom has a walk-in closet and the 2nd bathroom is just outside the door.

The living room has leather sectional, great for watching the big screen Smart TV. House is equipped with Panoramic WIFI. TV streams, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV..

A MUST STAY!

This was a perfect home away from home. Quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of amenities on site within the home and within the Corte Bella community. Most importantly, we appreciated the clear, readily available, and always open lines of communication. One of our litmus tests for traveling is if we'd use the same accommodations upon a return visit. This place gets a resounding YES. Many thanks to owners Sandra and Justin!

Perfect property in a great community

It was a great stay. This sweet home was clean, comfortable and included a well-equipped kitchen. We really liked its lovely back patio and yard. Our host was very responsive. The neighborhood has great community amenities. We also enjoyed the gym, spa, restaurant and golf club.

Very nice property

The property was as advertised. Very nice with everything I needed, including a 2 car garage parking. This house has been taken care of, bath was very large with a nice shower. This was in an exclusive neighborhood with all the amenities.

GREAT stay at Corte Bella

What a fun stay. Our host Sandra was wonderful and provided everything and more that you need. She was available for any question we had and lived close and popped over as needed. The location in Sun City West was fantastic. This was the first time we stayed in a 55 plus community and it offered a lot. Enjoyed the fitness room and the pool that was heated to 87 degrees. People were so friendly too. My husband really enjoyed the golf course. He said it was challenging and was very well maintained. The house was just what we needed size wise. It had a great common area to sit in with a good size TV. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandson stayed for six days and it was roomy enough for us all. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio - it was very pleasant. Our host Sandra was nice enough to purchase an air fryer for us after I inquired if she had one. We were pleasantly surprised that she did that. She also brought over fresh lemons, grapefruits and oranges from her and her neighbor's yards! I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

The property was very clean when we arrived. Sandra was very attentive and accessible during our entire stay for two months. The appliances were new and the home was well equipped for our long term stay. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great rental

This just remodeled home is perfect for a couple. It's super clean and fully furnished with new or nearly new furniture and kitchen accessories. And very convenient to the amenities (10 minute walk) or heading out for the day (touring the area)
