The room was clean. The airport shuttle was a nice feature. The area around the hotel is scary. While the staff I interacted with were pleasant and professional, the hotel is seriously under-staffed and needs more food options.

Staff was all very pleasant and friendly while being helpful. There was some renovations being done, but everything was still kept very clean. We didn't utilize the restaurant or bar, so can't really comment on that other than it did smell good whenever we walked by. The beds and bedding was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.

I live 60 miles from the airport and spent one night here before my early flight. Everything was perfect. The bed was awesome and there were so many comfy pillows. It is a short walk to the Phoenix Sky Train to the airport.

I booked this hotel 6 months in advance. There were no indicators that would have led me to believe that there were going to be a million extra fees when I got to the property. Let me first start by saying that the property was unclean both inside and outside. The outside had trash and cigarette butts littered around the front and parking lot. The inside had chairs covered in dirt and tables that looked like they had not been wiped off in ages. I went to check in, and the staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was expecting to pay approximately 800 dollars. This hotel not only has an incidental fee for EVERY night, but also charges for parking. This increased my 7-day stay from $800 to $1,800. Needless to say, I canceled my reservation (still had to pay $140 for 1 night that I did not even stay, but fine) and I booked elsewhere immediately. I would not recommend this property to others because of the lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and hidden fees that are not noted on the Expedia website.
