Minor disappointment in good hotel.

Like this chain. However, specifically requested light housekeeping service and not done. Supervisor was in room next door and was very apologetic and offered me points for a free night stay, took my information but didn’t follow through either. This same issue with housekeeping also happened to us at the Nashville location.

Staff was very friendly! They have a generous happy hour even though we didn't really get to partake. Decent breakfast bar also. Nice gas station next door to purchase snacks and alcoholic beverages to keep in your room. Close to large shopping plaza ( super Walmart) Easy to get too from the airport also. Was pretty full due to family sports activities so the pool was jammed with kids a lot so didn't get to enjoy it unfortunately. They offer lots of food/drink free perks but we were there to visit family so didn't really use them so it felt like the room was expensive for our trip.

Would not return to the Drury Hotel

We stayed at the Drury Hotel in Phoenix They need to put signs on the inside doors of every room: Please hold door when closing as a courtesy to all. Or, install soft closing door mechanism so the door doesn’t slam and vibrate through out the entire floor and neighboring rooms. Also you need the A/C & Heating unit was extremely loud so there’s no way to sleep with it on. Lastly the room smelled like stale and rancid even after running the A/C.

We really enjoyed our stay stopping through from Sedona to Phoenix before heading back to Michigan. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. The complimentary dinner and breakfast was really good and unexpected. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel A+

This hotel might be my favorite in the states. The room was very clean and the beds ultra comfortable. Love the pillows. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The breakfast is brilliant! There is absolutely everything to eat. Marion who works there does such a great job keeping everything clean and stocked up. I didn’t use the gym but it is fully equipped. Everyone at the front desk was great!

A nice stay

Drury hotels are a recent discovery for us, we’ve been very pleased with our stays thus far and sought this out as a place to stay knowing our good experience from our last stay in another city at a Drury hotel. Our flight got in very late and I called beforehand to let them know we’d be there into the early hours of the morning. They said it was good we called because anything after 1:00 AM they would mark ad a no show and cancel the rest of our reservation, that was new to me, so beware if you have the same type of situation. The hotel is in a nice, safe, quiet part of north Phoenix and we had good access to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel seemed a little dated in the rooms, the lobby was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, just felt dated. The pool area was clean, love the included breakfast and nightly kickback/dinner and drinks. The hotel was packed with different youth sports teams, which is great and why we were there too, but the day everyone checked out our rooms didn’t get serviced. Room cleaning service seemed to be a towel refresh and beds made, I don’t think they were vacuumed daily. Overall a great stay, I’d stay again if the opportunity arises. We were about 30 minutes from Sky Harbor to here on a late night flight and it took us close to an hour on a morning flight out getting to Sky Harbor.
