The hotel is outdated, sliding doors were very sticky, bathroom, fridge, and coffee maker were still dirty. Our AC got shut off on the second night and it got very hot and muggy. I had to ask the front desk to turn out AC back on which they did. The good things about the hotel is that the beds were very comfortable, the swimming pool, reception hour, and the breakfast buffet were what made us forget about the problems and continue to stay at the location. But seriously, the hotel needs to be renovated to make it more comfortable.

I E-Mailed and left two verbal messages at the Front Desk asking for The Manager, Tyrell to contact me. He NEVER returned a call. My stay at the Scottsdale, AZ. location was less than terrible!! Although the staff was extremely good and helpful the rooms were very disappointing, they are in serious need of an upgrade. The first one they put us in was near the smoking area so we asked to be moved, which they were wonderful about taking care of that. But the room that they gave us had an air conditioner that rattled very loudly, a coffee maker And a microwave that did not work. The shutters on the windows were broken, and it was difficult to open and close them. But the worst was the carpet. After walking on it an hour or so The clean socks I had on were Black with soil and dirt from the carpet. The resort fee was the most expensive I’ve ever paid. They say they have a free breakfast and a happy hour with wine and beer and snacks for free, but obviously that’s what you’re paying for in the resort fee. The resort itself was definitely not worth the amount of the resort fee. Nothing special at all. Definitely won’t be back.
