Room smelled musty. Low battery in the smoke alarm triggered it to go off at 1:00am. At check-out, despite the room already having been paid for, front desk charged me a second time. Unfortunately the front desk staff doesn't have the ability to problem solve issues the hotel creates. Had to work thru Expedia to correct the the problem they created. Purchased a soda at the gift shop and at check out, the hotel charged me a $25 resort fee.

Bath tub didn’t drain. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The keys to room suddenly stopped working, so had to have them rekeyed. The washing machine and dryers wouldn’t connect to credit card so it looked like it took payment but machines wouldn’t start. On the positive side, the rooms are a good size.

Room was clean but showed age, we were in the main complex. Pools good, breakfast iswas as expected. No issues. Couldnt use the living room tv for fire stick, only worked in bedroom. Technology could use updating.
