Budget friendly, but loud traffic all night

The hotel itself was super clean and had great customer service. However, the location is terrible for noise. There’s a gas station in the same area and the freeway is so close, you can hear all the traffic and chaos all throughout the night. We had a room facing the gas station. If you stay, request the top floor and to be in the back of the hotel. Not great insulation between the floors. It sounded like we had elephants above us that would walk around all night long. For the price, it’s pretty much what I expected, but we didn’t sleep very well each night from so much noise. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Regular TV was not an option Was difficult to log in to any kind of tv option , had to ise phone as remote Really dumb, i ask for extra hour and was only hranted 30 minutes, i have done this at 20 plus hotels and never ever have i had that option. No one answered phone when i needed assistance. Bed is loose. Base weak

TV was broken and they did not change rooms even though they had availability, employees got arrested on site, my husband had bugs fall from his head the next day and we had to treat for lice

The size of the room was welcoming. The kitchen amenities were a positive. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a cricket in the AC unit and we couldn't get it out. My husband called the front desk and the host said no maintenance people were on staff at night. This little critter was a nightmare. Once it left we slept well. I also wish shampoo, conditioner and lotions were readily available in the room. I had to unpack my luggage to get my items out. We only stayed for one night and didn't plan on unpacking. Overall, I would stay again and recommend to others.

really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. It was easy to find my room, which was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again!

I was very impressed with this stay. Check in was fast, and the front desk staff very nice. Room was clean, and very modern, and the bathroom...very nice. I had a full size fridge and kitchenet, so if you bring food to heat up an prepare in room, there is not issue whatsoever! Location was convenient to many things, and the property well lit at night. Plenty of car parking. A great experience! Will visit again.

The front desk staff is always available and friendly. Rooms are large. Mini kitchen has pots and pans, silverware, dishes, glasses and a cute Keurig with free coffee pods. Swimming pool is sparling clean.
