This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life. I reserved a king size bed and my reservation still shows it. Upon check-in, Foundre's staff told me they don't provide king size beds for my reservation so i got stuck with two full size beds. For my 6'9 frame, I wasn't happy with that at all. Their internet didn't work so I couldn't get work done. When I complained to their staff they say no one else mentioned internet problems existing. Yet I polled two random couples in the hallways and they said their internet wasn't working either. Further, Foundre's reviews online also show they've had internet problems for a long time. Then I see there's no privacy. My connecting door to the next room had no sound insulation, so I could hear every work the couple next door says plus hear their TV. I couldn't nap nor expect any quiet later on at night. Then I took a shower. Foundre's shower area is so poorly built that water just spills all over to the toilet area. So if I or anyone else wants to use the toilet, we have to either mop up the entire floors or let our feet get wet. For over $200 a night, this place was an absolute disaster. I wouldn't have even stayed at a free hotel if I knew I'd have all these problems.

I was not please. This was a “VIP” property. One the art work is a bit offensive in some spaces. They put me on the bottom floor which is literally open to the public from the outside to walk in and up to your door. And the king room had an adjoining door… it had NO LOCK! no deadbolt! Someone could use a card to get into the room. I immediately asked for a higher floor with no adjoining room, and was told that was an upgrade. I ended up paying $60 more a night for a suite one the top floor which was nice but the Wi-Fi didn’t work up there so I couldn’t conduct my morning meetings and had to leave the property for service. Just lame,
