There was mold above the door in the bathroom and loud noises coming from vent (interrupted sleep). The balcony looked out to a wall. The pool, lazy river and restaurant were great!

This hotel is severely outdated and in need of at least a facelift, if not a whole renovation. The rooms are dated and feel dirty. Chairs in the room and around the property were broken, our tv was broken, the couch was stained, the grout in the bathroom tiles need to be scrubbed. The pool was nice but also had the same tired feel. We will not stay here again when we come back.

We stayed at the resort in anticipation of it being warm so the weather was not helpful when it was in the 40s. However, the heated pool and the suite servers at the hole in the wall restaurant was very nice. They need to work on their hot tub being and working order and probably a good idea to make sure that the interior painting is better. You can’t just continue to keep painting over and over and over and over and expected to look good.

The outdoor amenities are outstanding. Lots of flower beds and very pleasing to the eye the SW look and water park area. The hotel itself really needs a major update. 1. Carpet in the room is old and worn. 2. Bathroom is nothing special, bathtub with a shower curtain and old toilet that’s low to the ground. 3. Common elevator looked more like a freight elevator the way the walls were scuffed up. 4. Bed - kinda hard and some lumps. 5. On site restaurant will require you to walk 1/4 as it sits by the pool area. Rainy days could pose a challenge. 6. Northpoint facility has huge spider webs in the ceiling as you come in, can’t believe no one hasn’t seen that. 7. No limited access to hotel rooms, anyone can walk in off the street and go straight to a room, so not very secure. This place has the potential to be an amazing facility but a 2nd dining option and indoor connectivity should be added.

Property is extremely dated. Costs the same as much nicer resorts in the area. 0 appealing dining options and the water park is a total rip off. No outside food or drink allowed, charging exorbitant costs for their food and beverages($12 for a kids pina colada when a real one is $15? I guess an ounce of rum is only $3 per shot there?). Basketball and tennis courts are closed and bog cracks in them. Most of the pictures are either fake or staged, resort doesnt look like that at all. Top it off evrry morning for a week they had a dump truck come into the parking lot between 4-6 am waking us all up. Management didnt seem to keen on helping with any issues since we booked thru expedia.
