Very clean building and room. Comfortable bed, rested well. Issue I had was parking. You do have to pay to park. I was directed to park in a garage, but I went to the wrong one, apparently. They tried to charge me for parking in their "garage." I was able to avoid that charge, but I have no idea which parking area was less expensive. I ended up paying $20 to park.

Close to airport and GCU- food options across the parking lot and Starbucks next door. The breakfast was delicious at the hotel and comfortable seating to catch up on work before the day. Loved the laundry room, workout room, and rooftop pool with shaded pergolas. Room worked perfect with 3 adult kids- great hotel!

The room was great. It was completely clean and I couldn’t hear noise from other rooms. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants. Parking lot is small but there’s a garage across the street where they allow hotel guests to park on the upper level. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from. Loved my stay there and it will be my go-to place to stay when traveling to Phoenix.

Staff were awesome and friendly especially Shawn, throughout the stay. Clean w kitchen dishwasher etc. Beds were very comfortable and AC was nice and cool. Property is located next to a small college, public gym and retail area so a bit of noise. Good for business travelers. However very limited parking. Overflow parking for guests is on the roof area of an adjacent parking garage, only accessible via stairs. It felt unsafe during hours of darkness going to and from parking garage.

We had the best stay! The staff was the best group of people! The friendliest and most accommodating hotel I have been to in quite some time. The hotel was VERY CLEAN....every time I turned around there was someone cleaning something :). Beds were so comfortable too. Breakfast was decent.. workout room was great. Played pool with my kids. Laundry room was okay... issues with one of the dryers but nothing that would cause me to second guess staying there again. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT... felt like home away from home!

Bad Hotel Desk Staff

The desk staff at this hotel was terrible. I was driving in from Los Angeles to move my son into his college dorm for his freshman year. I called them and told them that I wouldn't be getting in until the second day (of a two-day stay) but I didn't mind paying for the first night anyway. They said it would be OK but when I got there they had canceled my reservation and labeled it a "no show." It was a terrible beginning to what was supposed to be a fantastic experience of moving my son into the dorms. I ended up finding another room at the Courtyard Marriott. They were great.

Very friendly staff, kind and helpful. Breakfast is really good, so many choices! Walking distance to our office, overall a great stay! Please consider some texture in the shower floors. It’s really slick. I wore my flip flops the second day as I didn’t want to slip and fall. Everything else was top notch!

My husband and I did a little get away and took in a baseball game! The front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was perfect! Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!!
