The place was very clean all the time. The Kitchen in the room are fully equipped with necessities. The room very functional. The free breakfast has very good varieties especially hot foods. There’s also coffee bar that’s avail all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I called before our stay to ask questions and Shay was very helpful and reassuring. When we got there, I receive the same care and was so glad to meet her. The other staff, Dennis and rest of the staff including the breakfast lady were all same, very kind and always being helpful. I wish I remembered all their names. They all had excellent customer service. Thank you.

Staff was really nice, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, no noise from highway or airport. Complaint; room seemed really clean until we noticed the 1000 child fingerprints on the mirror that had not been cleaned. Started to wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. The carpet was beige but the stains were rediculous!!! A good spot remover could have made them at the least less nasty looking. They had turned blackish. Other than that, we would stay again but would make sure we got a good clean room. Was there for a funeral so a nice clean room would have made things a bit nicer

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and no housekeeping at all for the entire duration of our stay. When asked they said, the housekeeping will begin only after 3 days which was very different to every other place we have stayed. That was not very pleasant for our family since we had kids and it was more work for us to clean our getaway room, when we came for a vacation. The food section was closed roughly round 9:30, even when the breakfast buffet was said to be between 6 and 10 AM. When asked they said they stopped making as the food will go waste. I respect the intention, but when people are waiting to eat, it is not the right mentality, I feel. Otherwise the stay was okay. Airport shuttle was okay as well. Drop off was pretty smooth. For pick up, we waited for an hour or even more, again not the best experience. But overall okay. Thank you
