There was an issue with the walk-in shower. The shower curtain did not prevent water from exiting the shower and totally soaking the bathroom floor and much of the adjacent hall.

The shuttle was quick. My room was perfect. Our flight was cancelled Thursday night. We got to the hotel Friday morning just in time for breakfast. Yay. A blond, tall woman asked if we checked in and told us we couldn’t have breakfast. I later found out she was the general manager. Very poor look! We paid for a night we didn’t use. Maybe find out the story first. Certainly not the way we wanted to be greeted!

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. And, I did not have to try to figure out the shower! Just turn it on to what temp you want. No trying to figure it out while I either froze or scalded myself. I've had better breakfasts, but the hotel and stay were exemplary

Phenomenal Breakfast with Stephanie

Stephanie was amazing during breakfast. She accommodated our food requests and even catered to us by serving us. Stephanie made our bacon extra crispy and gave us our own plate of potatoes. She was exceptional!

Best hotel service in Phoenix

The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious some lovely lady by the name of Stephanie who operates the kitchen and food area kept it clean and always checked in on the guest to make sure things were good. The room was clean bathrooms clean overall 5 stars. Will definitely stay again

Great place to spend a night. The room is fresh, clean and very inviting. I wish their breakfast had more dietary needs options. If you're diabetic or need food that is gluten or dairy free, you'll poetically have to eat outside.
