Arrived 15 mins early for check-in, was informed that rooms were not ready, waited in front of the front desk where there were tables and seating, never called and informed that the rooms were ready... after 10 mins past check in time, went back to the staff and they told us that we could check in. If we did not go back we would've waited forever. 2 rooms booked, far from each other, no water provided, we had to ask and get it ourselves, rooms did not have lotions, so bring your own! Rooms were spacious and clean though. Location was good and close to old town. Staff may need more hospitality training.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times before they changed management. . We normally love this hotel. Negatives - Our room was on the bottom floor and the noise from above was exhausting all night long. Breakfast ended at 9 am. We showed up at 915 and was shocked. We travel a lot , 9 am is ridiculous, it is called vacation for a reason. Positive - large room and lots of towels. Bring back the previous management

Rooms are fantastic!! Comes with a dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, utensils. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel is located in a nice and safe area. Full breakfasts in the mornings and pool is nice too. Great hotel.
