Staff was great! Their restaurant was very good as well. Our first room was underwhelming (2 story building). So much so that we requested a new room. They accommodated us and gave us a room in the main building. Nice room, however fridge didn’t keep drinks cold and bathroom door seemed damaged and would slide completely closed. Other than that our stay was very pleasant

Happy Valley Ho!

The grounds are lovely. It is a older hotel but is kept up very well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Excellent location.

Excellent stay and would come back. Upgraded to the pool cabana room and made for a great afternoon after we were wiped from it the sun. Super walkable to all downtown dining in Scottsdale. Only recommendation would be an outdoor area for the evenings to enjoy the weather.

Good experience overall at this hotel. Lovely gardens, great pool with pool service and affordable rates. However, service at the breakfast patio area was lacking and very slow. Worst is the hostess responsible for seating individuals for dining that had her arm in a sling was very rude to customers, not friendly and barking orders at paying customers. Don’t think she should be in a customer service role and will pull down your higher ratings.
