We came here a few years ago when this property was brand new. It’s gone downhill since then. I want to be fair; wear and tear is normal for any property, but I was surprised at how bad the hallways had gotten. 2 things happened on our stay that really stuck out (I think one of which was out of their control). 1. We were here for two nights and requested turndown service while we were out…They did not run down the room. That was a real bummer. The second thing was much worse…we woke up in the morning and the water in the entire hotel was shut off! There was some kind of emergency they said, but could not really give us much info. For the cost compared to what we got, I am pretty disappointed.

Lots of weird smells throughout. The was black hair and an old razor in our shower and on the floor. The fridge and a/c made crazy noises when cycling. The staff was kind though. Just a little underwhelmed and definitely not okay with shower situation as it was clearly not cleaned.

Breakfast was good, but it was open until 9:30am and by 9 most of the food was gone and it was replenished. When asked for more food, it took a while to come out and the line was long. It wasn't worth waiting for more food so we left.

Nice and clean property. We were just a bit disappointed with the food at breakfast. The eggs were weird and the bacon was too thin and brittle and crumbly to the point it didn't even taste like bacon.

The location was directly across from the mall and several restaurants. It’s unfortunate that we were not made aware that the advertised hotel restaurant was under construction, prior to arrival, so there was no food available without leaving the hotel. The walls are extremely thin, hearing everything. There were high school sports teams staying during this time. Our room’s main bed was cleaned by housekeeping but the pullout was left untouched. We left a day early with no refund.

There were bugs in the check-in area and I was charged for 4 nights after not staying a single night. This is single handedly the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel in my life. The staff is under trained and rude with zero customer service or management skills. Hoping this place is reviewed and improved soon so that no more vacations are ruined.
