Welcome to Signature Condominiums in North Scottsdale! Experience luxury living in our family friendly condo, complete with community pools, hot tubs, sauna, grills, and an exclusive gym.

Our condo is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath rental featuring a queen-size bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a comprehensive list of amenities, including cookware, dishes, glasses, kid-safe dishes, an air fryer, a popcorn maker, snacks, seasonings, oil, cutting boards, silverware, and a Keurig with complimentary coffee. You'll also find plenty of cleaning supplies available.

The living room offers a variety of games and children's toys, a pull-out sofa bed with extra pillows and blankets, and a smart TV for your entertainment.

In the dining area, you'll find a bubble gum machine and a dining table that seats four.

The primary bedroom features a smart TV, a dresser, and a spacious walk-in closet. The nightstands are equipped with charging ports for easy access to outlets, and there’s a private patio for your enjoyment.

The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with twin-over-full beds, children's books, and a closet filled with games, toys, and art supplies. It also comes with a pack 'n play, sheets, and a small fan.

The bathroom boasts a large tub and shower, with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, hand soap, a hairdryer, and plenty of towels. It also features a double sink with plenty of counter space.

I never rented anywhere where there wasn’t a toaster or coffeemaker other than a Keurig. Host was very prompt in furnishing extra pods for the Keurig. The floor was not clean as if you went barefoot your feet were black on the bottoms. The kitchen only had one teaspoon in the silverware drawer, only one dish towel, clock on wall did not work. If you wanted to hand wash a couple dishes there was not stopper for the kitchen sink.

I came into town with my family and our dog to run a marathon. I chose this property because of its location near WestWorld (the start of the race), its space (3 adults and 1 child), and dog-friendliness.The property had everything we needed! The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of extra toiletries in the bathroom, a selection of toys and games, and pool toys. We had a great stay and I would recommend, especially if you are traveling with children.

The unit is well maintained and was clean. Beds comfortable and plenty of towels. The dishes would have been cleaner if the dishwasher was cleaned out. A few regular wine glasses would be nice and the washer/ dryer are very noisy.
