La Quinta was a great place to stay close to airport with a shuttle included, no aircraft noise, and no people begging outside hotel, plenty of parking!

The person at the front desk was not good. We arrived at 2:30am. She was helping someone. She never acknowledged us and disappeared in a back room for 3-4 minutes. Came out and opened a cabinet to pull out a box of key cards. She finally helped us. We went to the room, keys wouldn’t work. Back downstairs to get them redone. Still don’t work and we notice the door handle looks broken. Take everything back downstairs ask for another room. It was 3:00am by the time we got into our room.

Very happy with our stay. Great price and location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and bathroom linens were brand new. My only negative (and it's very small) is that the bathroom is tiny and a bit outdated. But everything was in excellent condition, clean, and it felt like a very safe location.

The rooms have been renovated and are clean even though the hotel seems old. I had some trouble with the shower, and was moved me to a different room no problem. The breakfast was good. It was a little hard getting through to the front desk to request the shuttle from the airport as there is only one person in charge of everything at night.

I asked the front desk staff to remove a needle from in front of my room at the beginning of my stay and it was there by the time I left after four days. People using all around the property. Unsafe for kids or women.
