We spent 3 nigth and there was not cleaning in our room no towel change, the did not get into the room ! We had to ask for clean toeel at the desk everyday. Was dirty, noisy (peopñe screaming by nigth),one word "disgusting!)

The property was in questionable condition on arrival. Wanted to give them a chance but when entering the room the door would jam on the door sil and had to be pushed in. The window curtains were littered with holes and visibly dirty. The bathroom was not clean. Noticable staining on the carpet and walls. Several holes on the wall with and unknown substance around them.

No microwave, no refrigerator. VERY small bathroom, molding near bathroom hanging loose. No plug in sink. The room had an overwhelming smell of a cleaning product. Elevator not working. For a “non smoking” room it did have the smell of cigarettes. I expected more from this hotel. Never again.

TERRIBLE service.

It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. My plane was delayed by 7 hours and I called Hotels.com to verify that my reservation would be held open for me. The idiot told me that it would be and when I got to the hotel at 3:00 in the morning, they told me that my reservation was canceled, nobody called, and that they gave my room to someone else. After arguing with the front desk staff, they gave me a room. The room was filthy, had not been swept, mopped or vacuumed. It was old and in bad shape. At least there were no bedbugs or cockroaches in the room. In four days staying there, not one time did housekeeping come in to clean or even bring fresh towels. I contacted the management group of the hotel and they said that they would refund some of my money and that Hotels.com was preventing the refund. I promise to never use Hotels.com again.

Dont stay here!

Flight changed called to let them know we would be really late. They said no problem. I was chargrd a no show fee of 149 and they cancelled my reservation! It was 3 am. Thet had to do my reservation again. Took 30 minutes. Gave me upgrade and the room was bad! No fridge.Dirty and gross! Breakfast was awful! This place is old and rundown! Here for a sporting event. Same thing happened to 2 other families. One family had to find another hotel! Do not stay here! Very disappointed!
