The hotel was awful, the room was dirty and smelled like pet urine. The furnisher was all clawed up. The whole floor smelled of sewer . The bathroom amenities were as cheap as you can get. Breakfast was not good, coffee had no taste. Please do not go by the pictures on the web. The staff was fine. If you are going to allow pets, there at least should be a floor that does not allow them. And their should be a big surcharge for pets so the hotel can take the time to clean up appropriately. I will no lump her stay at LaQuintas

Overwhelming sewer smell on 5th floor, in hallway and room. Requested a room change to first floor and staff were pleasant and accomodated our request. We have stayed at this location before and noted the sewer smell but not nearly as strong as this stay. Seems this is a problem when looking at other reviews, and don't understand why it hasn't been fixed or why customers are placed in those rooms if rooms are available in lower floors that don't stink. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was waffles and some other things, few options even for an included breakfast ot was very cheap and unhealthy. The dining room has tables and chairs literally falling apart, upholstery with rips, tear and holes in it. If you ask the front desk they will just tell you to deal with it.

Check in was great - super friendly and helpful! Our room was filthy! They clearly have a sewer back up issue - it smelled so horrible! We seriously couldn’t even sleep we were so disgusted!!! The windows are paper thin and the road noise was miserable. Neither of us got any sleep - never again :-(
