🏠 By booking this stay you understand that you're booking the MAINHOME listing and that there could be other guests in the GUEST SUITE listing. Both listings are seperated by a lock-off door so you cannot access the other home from the inside of the house.

🏠 Guests from both listings will have access to the backyard and pool area as it's a shared space.

Before your stay, kindly complete a quick verification and choose one of these options:

We recommend the damage waiver for worry-free protection.

ADDITIONAL RULES AND INFORMATION:

- TVs are all ROKU smart tv which include the ROKU channel APP (which is similar to cable)

- We do have guest mode available on the TVs where you can sign in to any of your own APPS that require subscription.

- HVAC thermostat does not go below 70 degrees to avoid freezing of coils. Especially in the summer time (This is recommend by our HVAC provider) which could result in system failure. Please set the temperature to 80 degrees before checking out

- We would appreciate if all games were organized and put back. (Axe game Cornhole, connect four, etc.)

- NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING Policy will be strictly enforced. $500 FINE

- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.

- You can access the pool and request (optional) pool heating for $150 per night. All nights of the stay must be paid off.

- Please note that it takes 72 hours to heat the pool so please request and pay it 5 days before your check-in date.

- For paid pool heating, please remember to cover the pool with the solar tarp, "bubbles facing down," when not in use to maintain the temperature.

- The Pool Does not have a pool fence and agreeing to the house rules is an acknlodgement to the responsibility of the guest to supervise their children within their group including safety precautions within the guests own group.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

- Please treat the unit as your home. Fees may be applied if there are any damages.
