So gross. Regretting not sleeping in the car. Stains on couches, walls, bedding. Unknown substances dried onto all of the pictures, light switches and windows. Floors dirty. Shower not cleaned, so didn’t use. Lights also did not work , only 1 lamp had a lightbulb, had to use phone flashlight. Only light working was in the kitchen and toilet. Probably best I couldn’t see everything. Deadbolt was also broken. Check-in process was very easy , when they are staffed easy to get ahold of. Nothing against the staff! Towels, sheets and pillows were clean. Unfortunately they are not staffed passed 5pm, so by the time we checked-in, could not address any concerns. I’d like to say you get what you pay, but I don’t think that’s accurate.

Toilet was dirty someone peed and didn’t flush before I arrived. Obviously not cleaned ahead of my arrival. Kitchen utensils were subpar. Couldn’t cut butter with the knife provided.

Nice Place !

It was a nice stay. Rooms are nice and a good size. Clean also. The area itself is a little shady at night but for there were really no issues as far as bugs, or too much noise.

Great for family budgets

Great rooms,nice and clean.we really enjoyed the heated pool as well. The full size kitchen really comes in handy for dinner time especially with the economy being what it is. The kitchens were fully equipped and comfortable beds.

Property was located right next to the freeway which we expected so that wasn’t the issue, just a lot of loitering and shady characters in the parking lot. A lot of full-time very low income residents ,carpet inside our unit was filthy. A lot of noise and loud music at night walked outside the next morning. Trash was everywhere ,was not comfortable and would not stay there again.

I cant believe hotels.com would let families book

It was dirty, smelled like marijuana on the walk up to our room and our room reeked of cigarettes. Light switches were broke, outlet covers missing, shower knobs broken. Could not use shower. Vents were disgusting and filthy. When we tried to get a different room they said they were full. Random people would be hanging out at the steps every time we left our room. When i tried to get a refund they are giving us runaround. We ended up checking out early and having to spend more money on another room.

Unit was in process of being remodeled but furniture was old and chairs had stains on them. There was carpet on the stairs that had stains on it. Unit sleeps six but there were no bowls and only 3 spoons. No coffee maker or can opener. Cable was not setup. The staff was nice and when I asked we got some bowls and a coffee maker. I think they are trying to improve the property but still rough around the edges. Not the best area but had no issues with noise or safety.

allot of traffic noise and place. Its a old property which they are starting to fix. Patio Door wouldn't lock so they have a lock slide option at bottom of door. Room was clean enough. But personally I would not stay there again
