If you have no other choice, this is the choice but if you don’t like to clean up your self buying roach spray, bleach, new sheets etc. there is not point.

I read the reviews after I booked the room I was nervous but I still gave them a chance there are a few things they need to work on the water leaks on there faucets and the and fixing the doors and screws but I seen no bugs when I was there And when you guys mop make sure the floors are dry it was a big wet puddle in the kitchen but I can see you guys are trying to make things better and talk to people living there with there kids they need a curfew shouldn’t be out late at night

***DO NOT STAY HERE!!!*** If I could leave a negative star, I would! This property is falsely advertised, as it’s as a living community where unrented rooms are rented out and labeled as “deluxe” studios. The rooms don't have keys (or key cards) but rather key pads and you are given a post-it-note with the code to get in. When I went to my room the door unlocked upon turning the handle, no code needed. When I went in the key pad was disconnected and only the deadbolt worked. When I went to the front desk to complain, they sent a maintenance worker and they confirmed it didn’t work and left, never to come back. I had to go back to the front desk and they said they were going to try and get it fixed but they could not guarantee it would get fixed that day. I told them I felt unsafe staying in a room that didn't lock. They said there was nothing they could do, so I told them I wanted to check out. They said that was my choice. I then asked for proof of checking out and that said “we don’t do that. We just knock on the doors and if no one answers then we consider them as checked out.” When I asked about getting refunded they said I had to do that through Expedia. It was an absolutely horrible experience, and that’s not mentioning the drug use I witnessed in the parking lot as well as the “watching” by residents of any new people entering the property. Please do your favor and stay clear of this property!!

Arrived at 11pm and had to check in via phone after being told that the office would be upon our arrival which it was not. Room was filthy, killed three cockroaches, smelled of musty long term smoking in unit. Cabinets in disrepair and damaged, dirt streaks 6’ on the ceilings from the A/C vent. In less than an hour, I booked accommodations at a different location beginning the next day. Booking Phoenix Metro through Expedia but they would not respond back to Expedia when I requested a refund. No refund provided. To ge honest, I’m more upset with Expedia than with Phoenix metro for not resolving this issue. Took numerous photos of the dirt and disrepair which can’t be shared on this format. DO NOT RENT HERE. I wish I had known before hand and having to pay twice for accommodations in Phoenix.

It's just an apartment complex that rents out unused apartments. Trash everywhere, tenants just going about their business (as they should, since they actually live there), staff smoking out front even though it's a fine to smoke in your "extended stay suite", drugs being smoked on the other side of the lot, and it looks nothing like the photos. Requested a cancelation but since neither I nor expedia can reach the property, I was offered a "goodwill" credit. First time booking with expedia and never will again. They don't vet the places they tell us to stay, then do not care about your safety, then offer you basically nothing for a room you never even checked in to because it was so unsafe. Save yourself book the headache and the money

Review of Metro Phoenix Extended Stay I would not recommend anyone to stay at Metro Phoenix Extended Stay, and I deeply regret my experience there. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was not a place worth spending money on. First, I was greeted by a horrible roach infestation in the room. It was disgusting to see bugs crawling around in the space that I was supposed to be staying in. It felt unsanitary and unsafe, making it impossible to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the area surrounding the property was sketchy and unsettling. There were homeless individuals sleeping outside, and the entire environment gave off an unsafe vibe. This is not a place where you would feel secure. The room itself was no better. It reeked of urine, and there were visible holes in the walls. It was clear that maintenance and cleanliness were not priorities for the management here. Despite all of this, the most frustrating part was the non-refundable deposit. Even though I chose not to stay due to the roach infestation, unsafe surroundings, and overall unpleasant conditions, I was still charged for the deposit. This feels like a scam, especially when the hotel was not up to even basic standards of cleanliness or safety. In short, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Metro Phoenix Extended Stay. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money. There are plenty of other places in the area that will offer a better experience—without roaches, unsafe conditions, and foul odors. This
