In a word dilapidated. Room hasn't been updated in years. Bed was cheap and hard. The blanket was UNDER the top sheet. Street noise awakened me numerous times during the night.

There are definately long term residents here. Not what we were looking for even just for one night. Nice person at check in/out. You could tell rooms used to be smoking rooms (my eyes were burning a little). Sheets were clean. Honestly, I should have spent a little more money for a different place.
