This is a new hotel. Very clean. The little kitchen is great for multiple-night stays. If I visit Mesa again, I'll definitely book here.

The staff was doing what they could but it seems the hotel was opened too soon. We learned that it was open for only three weeks and there was some tuning that still needed to be done. For example, our door would not close unless slammed. And to open it required extreme strength. We were located on the ground floor so safety is a concern. The window facing the parking lot did not completely lock. it can be opened inside or out by at least 5 inches before it stops by hitting a metal plate. We spoke with the GM about these concerns and he is aware and doing what he can to get these issues fixed.

Nice room. However, our blinds could not move up/down and the AC did not work. Thankfully, it's winter, so it wasn't intolerable. The staff were professional and there was a fair variety of snacks for purchase and free, good coffee available 24/7. It’s also easy to order GrubHub with a discounted QR code at the front desk and has restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and had lots of storage area. Shower had great water pressure. Ground seemed scratched or stained from construction but didn’t impact quality of the room. Staff was always friendly and able to help, sometimes difficult to get their attention though.

A/C never cooled the room This is a new hotel so you would think everything would be sparkling clean…not so! Dust everywhere and lots of hair in the shower. Yuck! Also the room had a 2 burner stovetop but no pans, dishes or silverware. Who carries kitchen items to a hotel with them?
