Welcome to BOULDERS BUNGALOW, our 2 BR, 2 BA, one story Scottsdale home that sleeps 6. You'll love visiting the popular Boulder Resort & Spa which is less than one mile from our charming and well appointed home. Enjoy lovely green spaces and wonderful views when you dine al fresco on our private patio. There is a wood burning fireplace on the patio. Spend special moments with your significant other in the in-ground spa. The cost to heat the spa is $30.00 per day.

The great room is open concept and has a sitting area with a large TV and decorative fireplace. Wifi is complimentary. A completely stocked and modern kitchen opens into the dining and sitting areas. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. Highchairs are available to rent.

~ BEDS & BATHS ~
There are 2 bedrooms and each has a private bath. The primary suite features a king bed, TV, decorative fireplace and doors to the in-ground spa. The bath includes a tub, shower and dual vanity sinks. A hairdryer is provided. Pack 'N Plays are available tor rent.

Bedroom 2 has its own private entrance with parking space. There are 2 full beds and a TV in Bedroom 2. The private bath features a walk-in shower and large vanity.

There is a laundry area with appliances and starter detergent. Two covered and 2 additional parking spaces accommodate your vehicles.

~ BOLD & BEAUTIFUL ~
Scottsdale is rich with scenery and activities. There are several public golf courses to choose from; dining out is a treat with the many eatery choices. Old Town Scottsdale with its western flavor offers unique shops plus Fashion Square, night clubs, art galleries and more. The new Scottsdale Museum of the West, the McCormack-Stillman Railroad Park and Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West are highly rated for their appealing scenery and desert celebrations.

For guests who love the great outdoors, there are hiking and biking trails of all levels, sports complexes and parks such as Pinnacle Peak Park and the McDowell Sonoran preserve to connect you with all that is wild and wonderful in Arizona.

Book early and come often. Scottsdale offers the best of everything and our home is the perfect location for a fabulous and comfortable experience. Ask about early check-in and late check-out which may be options.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.

The cost to heat the spa is $30.00 per day.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
