Perfect House For Us

My husband and I spent a week at Spencer’s home while visiting family and house hunting for a future move to the area. The home was easy to locate in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was extremely clean, comfortably decorated, and well stocked for preparing meals. I especially appreciated the kid safe plates, cups, and utensils for our 3 youngest grandchildren!! The weather was very hot but the house stayed nice and cool and the pool was a great relief!! 4 large, soft, swim towels are provided along with enough pool toys to satisfy all. Also, lawn games which we didn’t use due to the heat. Having our 5 grandkids visit often we were pleasantly surprised to find a closet full of toys and games to keep them happy inside after pool time!!We definitely recommend staying at Spencer’s home if visiting the area with or without children or grandchildren! Also, we decided to check out a 55 Active adult community we passed about 15 minutes from Spencer’s home. We signed our contract yesterday and our new home will be ready in February!!! We probably wouldn’t have found it if not staying there!!!

Great location

Host was good to communicate with and checkin process was easy. We were in town for a wedding at Scneph farms which was right down the street. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. House was clean and as advertised. I would recommend staying there!

Great Location; Clean Comfortable House

After a long drive from California we appreciated that check in was very easy. The house is very clean and well stocked with most things that you will need when away from home. There is a beautiful pool and nice yard. We brought two small dogs so the yard was perfect. The pool has a removable fence around it so we didn't have to worry about the dogs when they were outside. There are Roku TVs in all the rooms. So if you have Prime or Neflix you can use that. Also if you don't have either of those go on the free Roku Channel. They have an enormous amount of TV shows and movies. Everything is setup so when you check out all your logons are erased so no worry with that. When we had questions the host was very responsive to our emails. Very nice neighborhood. I felt safe walking the dogs in the evening. Thanks for the great stay!!
