We had a wonderful stay. We came down for Mariners Spring Training with our two kids, 8 and 10 years old, and this was a fantastic place. It is beautifully renovated and in good shape. Access was very easy. The kitchen had what we needed to eat breakfast and make simple dinners at home. It’s about 5 mins from Peoria Sports Complex right off the freeway. It is close to restaurants, Target, grocery stores, etc. AC was quiet and temp was comfortable. Beds are memory foam. Showers were warm. Plenty of space to spread out. There is an office and two separate sitting spaces with TVs. You can hear plane activity sometimes, but we sleep with our own white noise, so I don’t know if there is any at night and it never bothered us. Basketball hoop was great for my kids. Pool was maintained. Brett was very accessible as needed and very kind. They provided coffee fixins which was great!! They have both a Keurig and pot style coffee. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice place and location. Great month that went by way to fast! Brett was great taking care of a few very minor things. Definitely will stay there again if situation presents itself.

Perfect property!

Everything about this process and property was perfect. Great communication, accurate listing, and wonderful amenities...just to name a few. The property manager was accommodating for our requests and I would highly recommend staying here. 100%, A+, stellar option!
