The house would have been perfect, but the pool heater stopped functioning the day we arrived. The owners were awesome and got repair technicians out asap, but it did affect our trip. The owners were very understanding of our disappointment and addressed our concerns quickly and fairly. I'd stay here again.

Little touches throughout the home were exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful - coffee pods, honey for tea, an array of spices. A box of tissues in every room, paper towels, laundry soap. We didn't use everything, but we felt like treasured, trusted guests.

Landscape was not what is advertised, most of it was dead. We found out about this the day of check in but not a deal breaker. However, the pool was dirty and the pool scimmer was broken. We had to ask about this and it was never fixed. I sent an email to the owner after our stay to see if we could get a discount. But never heard back. The pool and proximity to Chase field is the reason we stayed at this property. In my opinion it is unacceptable that the pool was not clean and ready to use.
Dirty pool. And this is after we cleaned it once.

Beautiful home and very comfortable. The pool water was crystal clear and so relaxing and fun. Bedrooms were nicely spacious. The neighborhood was lovely and very quiet. Beautiful house

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely house situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to St. Joseph Hospital, the Heard Museum and lots of restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

We came as a group of friends for a wedding nearby and this house was perfect. Great space, exactly like in the pictures. Included all the amenities. Didn’t realize we would be paying extra for the heated pool, but it was worth it. Great place to stay with friends or family

Great relaxing stay

We traveled to Phoenix to spend time with family and see some music. The rental was bright and cheery, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the bed rooms, bathrooms and linens were sparkling clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and spending time outside under the covered back patio. There were lovely citrus trees and a wide variety of beautiful birds in the yard. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this rental.
