Can’t wait to go back!! Five Star hotel. Very friendly, room service was quick and the food was great. I think a great deal for the room, the only thing that I can think of that is negative is be aware they charge $42 dollars for valet and that’s the only parking option and also charge $32 for a destination fee which is silly. I never heard of that before. It’s for the water and fridge and coffee machine in your room, but when you get to your room it says enjoy your complementary water and coffee but that’s a lie because you pay a $32 dollar fee for that. But I’ll still go again, even with that crazy fee.

The street is loud, walls are thin, and you could hear everything in the hall way. Bartender forgot to put our food order in until a hour after waiting. I was given water bottles upon arrival and one of the bottles had brown debri in the water. There was a contact lens in the floor. The toilet was hard to flush. I was switched to a new room for the next night stay. Inconvenient to repack everything and move to a different floor. Staff will not go above and beyond to help. The credit card machine was not working so I was given. Form to fill out myself. My standards for the Omni hotels have de flourished with this stay. Also valet disappeared with my car keys and I had to wait awhile to get my car keys back to get luggage out my car.
