The room was nice. People would drag their bags down the “hall” during night and it was loud. Check in was one of the worst and check out was even more uncomfortable. They should learn what hospitality business is.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and close to attractions. I gave one star less because housekeeping did not clean the room for 2 of the 4 days I was there even after reminding multiple times. Front staff was very pleasant. Another drawback is that there is no breakfast available at the hotel. On site there is a japanese restaurant but it was very expensive and closed during breakfast time.

Large 2 Queen room. Pros: clean. Excellent towels. Comfortable beds. Attractive. HEARTED pool ! Really! Beautiful gorounds. Secure gates. .when not left open. ... Cons: rediculous coffee maker and poor coffee flavor. No plug in locations for cells. Bring a wall plug type. Strange box plugged in next to bed" Do Not Unplug" sign. No coffee in lobby.

The rooms were clean and acceptable. However, would angered me as they charge $10 a night for parking and the parking is not protected. You are in an alley basically. Parking like that should be free or complementary.

It was a very nice place to stay for our first time out there!!!! 10/10, we would stay there again. Maybe when a room is booked for 2 people, have 4 towels and 2 wash rags. Yes, we could have asked housekeeping for more, but we were enjoying the city.Other than that, amazing!
